           Company History

During the post World War II housing boom in the Bay Area, contractor Lee R. Ceccotti discovered a serious shortage of building materials in the San Francisco and North Bay areas. He dedicated himself to creating a company, Shamrock Materials, Inc, that would meet the growing needs of the region by providing selection and value to customers.  Today, Shamrock Materials Inc. is still owned by the Ceccotti family and celebrated its 50^th birthday in 2004. The company remains loyal to quality, selection and customer satisfaction providing “Your Foundation For Success”.
