The Los Amigos Project, Windsor, California Shamrock is currently supplying Burbank Housing Development pervious concrete for all the driveways on this new single family development. Pervious concrete is a special type of concrete which allows rain water to pass through it and infiltrate the soil, recharging groundwater supplies. It can reduce the impact of development and can help naturally filter storm water reducing pollutants entering streams and rivers.

Santa Rosa Jr. College Parking Structure, California Shamrock Materials is supplying Wright Contracting with over 11,000 cubic yards of concrete for the mat foundation pour for a new 5 level parking structure at Santa Rosa Junior College. The concrete was placed over three consecutive Saturdays in December 2005. This constitutes the largest single day-single job pour in the North Bay to date.
